PS2 modchip installers (Retired)
This is a thread posted for the sole purpose of giving credit to the great many ps2 modchip installers out there. After a lot of thought I came upon an idea on how to do this.
This is how its going to work. This will be an open thread but ONLY to post who you have used and if you give them a Great, Good, Bad, or Horrible rating. Each user can only post ONE rating per installer. I will then edit the post to show ratings for each installer. If your installer is not on the list just post the name and your rating and I'll add him/her to the list with your new rating. Please keep in mind this is not here to flame anyone. This is strictly a rating thread, so no one has to go into detail about the installer. As a matter of fact your replies will be deleted and will only be added to the rating numbers. So anyone who wants to start the rating just reply to this thread with your rating. Tyler! |

Mod Chip Scotlandīs Bad Service
For people looking to chip their PS2:
I would warn them NOT to use Mod Chip Scotlandīs service. They agreed to help me to install the messiah2 clone but could not live up to their promise. Instead I had to accept the non-solder chip which did not work. Also, the PS2 was sent back without the power lead and they denied having received it!!! another vote for norcalmod.com. Got a duo installed in my v5. Great communication during install and great price. Everything works. Also send in another one for an apple pro install.

Had a installation done by Freedomlives.com. Service was GREAT, had trouble with my modchip (M2 Pro) (I didn't it purchase from them). Sent it back three times, in the end they provided me with a free modchip (Which now gives me no troubles whatsoever! (Even though the modchip was to blame for my troubles) Paid for return shipping fees (Total of 2 return shipping fees for repairing) and also got a free shirt!
