SegaGen Lemec Selboot, 11702 SOLVED!!!!
 

i got it to boot, finally!! seems as if the lemec selfboot version of
"1st_read.bin" and "manifest.bin" have 2 instances of "CD001".

when you binhack these files, it only changes the first instance to "5C2E" - 11702. the second instance is set at "5A2E" - 11700.

you have to manually change the 2nd instance in a hex editor and you're set. just remember to binhack the other .bins as well.

use the echelon selfboot method to burn it.
