Bad Original game , How to backup?

I am trying to back up a damaged original CD (Test Drive off Road Wide Open) and can’t get clone CD to make a good image with out it creating dummy sectors of the bad sectors. By the way this game in on CD-ROM that’s why I am using clone CD of course. How ever when I explore the CD through windows I can see all the files. My question is, is there a way I can copy all the files to my hard drive and then create my own ISO, bin/cue on my own? Kind of like a DVD rip but with out the ripping.

I think your SOL if its to messed up to back up.
What you can do is go to BlockBuster and rent the game and copy it. This would not be illegal b/c you all ready own the game.

Ha ha.......well this one hasn’t been through a fire pall but it has in the hands of a 5 year old which I guess when it comes to CD's is almost the same. Any ways I backed it up and it does work , the only damage the scratch did was to a .wav file and when the game tries to play that song it skips like a CD player would with a bad CD but the game play is just fine. All I have to do is pause the game and skip to the next track. Thanks any way for your help.
