can i use x-box programs on my x-box only with the evox dashboard or also with the original x-box dashboard. i hope that anyone who reads this posts the name of the programs he knows.

also incase the x-box gets spoilt because of the wrong installation of evox is the a way of undoing the flashing and the installation of the evox on the hdd. say i cAN do that but i can't unflash the chip can i replace it is solderless delete the files of my x-box then will everything go back to normal.

don't worry i haven't ruined my x-box yet! but do help in such a way so u can help me avoid aactually ruining my x-box :)

1. Yes, you can burn xbox programs to a cd-rw, dvd-rw, dvd-r ( and CD depending on your dvd rom). Some programs...There are emulators, media players, linux, homebrew games, etc...

what type of chip do i need so i can know if i can do it with mine
example, solder, solderless, hd swap trick etc.

can i use programs WITHOUT evox. if yes what are the uses of evox

yes, you can use programs without evolutionX. EvolutionX allows you to put them on your HDD through ftp, and access them through a link.

EvoX is also the program used to backup games.

Some chips like X2 Pro have flash protections on them.
