Easy CD
 

Hi!
I have Easy CD creator 4.02 (285) and a HP 9500i+
Well, I have Easy CD installed in my system for almost an year. Some months ago, it simply stopped
working, every time I tried to launch it, an error message apperead. So I un-installed it, and
nothing ...
So I read somewhere in the net (don't remember exactly where) that it was a bug and I need to
search the registry and take off every key that contains the "Easy CD" words. I was surprised
to see how many they were. Well, after that, the program
started ok! But...
Now It says that there are no supported cd-recorders avaible.
And my CD record is there, Nero detects it, also Clone CD ... How could this be?

i had a similiar problem about year ago.i ended up uninstalling all burning proggies, the burner and then i reinstalled window-and ahh i got everything back working.8hrs later!!!!i wasnt happy either.hope it works 4 u.

You should do as I and many others have done. Dump Esay CD Creator 4.02 (there are better versions if you must use it) and use Nero. there's nothing Easy CD can do that Nero can't.

Oddly, Easy CD is ASPI sensitive and the DLLs for Nero tend to conflict depending on which order they've been installed and whether or not you have re-installed the ASPI layer. They may coexist if you use the ASPI layer at ####://www.goldenhawk.com
