Neverwinter Nights Private LAN and Internet patch DOES NOT WORK
 

Don't waste your time with it, it does not fix a thing. You still require a unique CD key for every player online. I'm not certain what it supposed to "fix" but it does a whole lot of nuthing.

The NOCD works, though.
