Plex 24/10/40 help

i am going to get a Plex 24/10/40 this weekend and a want to know whats the best cd-rom and the best dvd drive both ide to go with this writer and will they record on the fly at 24x

somethimes the prog "adjust the cd\dvd rom to the correct speed(NTI cd maker2000pro)I have a plex 16x10x40 and a 16x40 pioner cddvd and i always copy music,data e.t.c on the fly.Works eXelent .GO FOR PLEX,!
