How do you open AddZer0?
 

Im having real problems opening this PS2 Patch Program. I have donloaded the Zip file. When i try to run the program a screen flashes up with some writing and quickly disapeeers after about 1 secound. When i xtract the file, and try to open the program that way, it always comes up with a error message, saying something like "Missing file". Any help would be welcomed to open thias program.
