Disc tray wont open!
 

I have just had my ps2 chipped professionally with a Neo 2.2.
The ps2 has no disc in. I tried to put a game in and it appears the disc tray is stuck. The eject button lights up and the tray makes a noise as if its trying to open. Nothing happens. I dont think its the ribbons because the light lights up and the tray tries to open. Is there anything that i can do to fix this without taking my ps2 apart? Thanks.

It is possible that in transit the eject pin at the back of the disk drive has become dislodged. if that's the case you have to open it up, take of the disk cover, locate and reinstate the eject pin.
