toshiba 6702 drive asks every disk whether or not i want to format it.. even games??
 

When i put a cd in ie. red alert 2 or any game. the drive tells me the drive is not formatted and do i want to format it now.?? whether i say yes or no it wont access the cd. i switched the drive out and tried the same drive in another computer and it works fine..
This just ####ted happening out of nowhere. I did put another different drive in my puter and worked fine.
The drive is a toshiba 6702b??
any help..
