How to Burn The Sims and The Sims: Livin' Large Expansion Pack

I was wondering if anyone knew how to burn The Sims and The Sims:Livin' Large Expansion Pack. I have tried to burn it many times and wasted a good amount of CD's in the process. If you know how to do this please help me with it. Any help is much appreciated.

first of all you should learn to use a cdrw before burning something you are not sure about it's succes.then you can download clony xl from cdmediaworld and you will make the backup you want...

Ok,
so i download clonyxl from www.cdmediaworld.com and then how does it work?

It scans the cd to see what protection it uses......Then get cloneCD and then use the settings it gives you in LCOnecd.

as far as i know they are both protected with SD1

so just tick fast error skip when reading and when writing just leave it as default

What?
where do i get cloneCD?
what is LCOnecd (where do i get it?)
and please explain it to me (i am pretty new to this)
thanks for the help so far.
