Civilization 3 Fixed-EXE?
 

In the Civ3 section is the following:

"No-CD Instructions:
Install the game - Full Installation.
Apply the official Civilization 3 v1.16f Patch.
Replace the original CIVILIZATION3.EXE executable with the one from the Executable Archive.
Play the Game! "

Is this really the fixed-exe for Civ3 patched to 1.17f?
