King's Quest 8: Mask of Eternity...
 

Hi,

I am trying to run King's Quest 8: MOE without the CD in the drive. I have the english version.

I downloaded the GERMAN no-cd and tried it with the 1.3 version of KQ8:MOE which it is suppose to work with.
But like another no cd patch I got from another site {both are german} It says it cannot determine the version of my mask.exe.
I have tried both no cd cracks on 1.0, 1.2 and 1.3 which both are for and get the error.

I am looking for an ENGLISH no cd for KQ8:MOE or a way to manually edit the mask.exe and remove the cd #####? Anyone know how to do that or can anyone provide a link?

Anyone please? I have searched around and found little to nothing except, one news item from gcw where it says BOSS has added a No-CD ENGLISH but the link goes to where the german one is. I did happen to find another english link on the web but it was broken. Please help me!
