Needed Nocd patch for Stcc2

Needed NOCD patch for STCC2.
The one in gamecopyworld is not working.

I have a patch now , and it works on the swedish version , but it´s not an nocd patch , you must have a copy of the orginal. It´s Razor 1911 that cracked the game all credit to them!
