Use unsafedisc to make your own crack...

you can download it from this site and it works. I was looking for a fixed exe too but didn't find it, but later I find this tool and tested it... and it worked!!.
Just install the game and run unsafedisc and tell the program your installation directory and you got it.
I hope you get it.

Hereos chronicles dont need Cracking, backups work fine if you use the following method with no alteration at all.

1.grab the game with blindread into a bwt file and a cue file
2.rename the file extension for the big fel that blindread creates to .iso
3. edit the cue file in notepad, and change the filepath in tehre so it reads ISO as well
4. load the cue into CDRwin and Burn baby burn
5.one perfect copy of the game
