patch with trainer?!?!?!?
 

I recently backed up Spyro 3, but because it's copy proteced it needed patched. the patch works ok, but the one i downloaded said it was a trainer and a protection fix. now when i load the backup (i use no mod chip swap trick knife method on ps2) the game plays some strange music and holds at a black screen. then when I press start the intro begins. What is this trainer and does anyone know what the game is doing?

if its the pal patch which you use its tell you it doesn't work

There is no such thing as a working Spyro 3 patch.
