Big problem backing up Southpark PS1 , Please help
 

I've tried 2 times to backup Southpark PS1 PAL and both have been coasters :o(

I have used the latest Blindwrite suite and the cd came up with some "Boot" message.
Tried the second in CDR Win in "Extract Disk/Tracks/Sectors" with all options ticked IE: CDText & MCN/ISRC and all other options as default and the machine doesnt recognise the cd even being in the PS at all :o(
Am i missing something here?

I had that same problem , so i used the cdrwin to make the bin/cue, then used fireburner to burn back to cd. It seemed to solve the problem, not for sure why, but it works. try that and see what happens.

Get another burning program like CloneCD thats the best.

I was able to copy southpark no problem with cdrwin all i did was pick copy to image file then burn to cd or you can easly use cloneCD.

Could be you have a damaged original. Use only the default settings for cdrwin, be sure raw is #####ed. Do NOT ##### ignor read errors. If you get read errors then the game is damaged... If you used a crack serial to unlock cdrwin it will burn coasters also...Good luck...Hope you get it sorted.
