Problems with Doom PAL->NTSC p4u patch

the p4u patch available at www.gamecopyworld.com is corrupted so i took the p4u2k v1.23 to make a patch PAL->NTSC. I've patched the bin with the p4u patcher v0.3b and burned it. But there is still a problem with the Y-position of the screen : there is a big black line up and i can't see the item bar at the bottom.
Can you help me to solve this problem ? i really want this game in Ntsc because it's really slow in pal and the black lines are reaaly big. Moreover the game is no more distributed :-(
