need help Destruction Derby Raw
 

I need help with destruction Derby Raw. I have tried and tried to play the game on my ntsc PS but it locks up everytime after intro. I have tried two seperate games but it still won't play. Is this game protected or not. I have a older mod chip but usually I have no problems. Please help if anyone has gotten it to work. Thanx.
