A few questions about patches and backing up ps1 games
 

Hello all. I have a few questions that I would really appreciate your help on. I was wondering if there were patches out yet for Nascar 2001 ps2, X-Squad ps2, Gameday 01' ps2 ? And also I am doing pretty well patching and playing ps2 games, but I am having trouble playing backups of ps1 games. Do ps1 games need patches or anything to work? Or do u just back them up without patches and they should work? The game I was trying was Knockout Kings 2001. I would really appreciate anyones help with my questions. Thanks for your help
