Converting NTSC trainers to PAL (in PPF format)
 

Surely this is possible? It's so annoying when there's an NTSC patch/trainer out for a game and for it not to be available for the PAL version of the game. Is there any way to "convert" these PPF files to recognise the part of the CD it uses as its checksum as the code for the main game (so long as it's not a true multi-language Euro release) must be near identical? Or is it assumed that everyone has got a chipped PSX and only gets the NTSC games?
