Street Fighter Alpha 3 wont start...
 

I downloaded Street Fighter Alpha 3 in bin format.
I thought the game would work with the Utopia Boot CD, But it didn´t.

The loading/booting process stopped at 99%. This is the second time I counter this problem.

Any ideas what it could mean???

Have you tried both versions 1.1 and 1.2 boot cd's.

Yes I did! I tried with Utopia Boot CD 1.1 and 1.2.
Both of them stops when they reach 99% of the booting process.

I checked the bin file for errors, and there wasnt any. I checked the other file which is in cdi format, and no errors there either!

So what is this wrong with this game!?

Last thing I can recommend is make the game self bootable. There are a lot of tutorials out there that show you how. Hope this helps.

Thanks man! I´ll give it a try. I downloaded the game both non-selfbootable (bin) and selfbootable (cdi) but none of the worked.

I´ve burned four different files so far (with discjuggler, nero and cdrwin) and none of them worked. So I really hope you´re right.

I tried with mode 1 and 2, but still...the game wont start. It just reset itself after the Sega logo showes up. Very weird.

And as I told you before, I downloaded the game four times from four different people. So all of them can not be corrupted!

But I´ll do as you said, and lets hope for the best.
