[TOOL] a basic VHD creator
 

an easy to use Virtual Hard Disk creator
run files in numbered order
DISK.txt(created by file 1) is diskpart commands for file 2,dont delete it
Known issue:
file 1/2 numbers breaks the VHD format function,dont use numbers
P.S:mods if not right section please move it
bug fixes:
fixed file 2 not loading disk.txt in paths with spaces
