Instructions -
1. Install the game and updates if available.
2. Download the attachment and extract ( not in game folder ).
3. Move _CommonRedist to last DVD.
4. Run DiskSpan_GUI, Choose Input and Compression method.
5. Test it.

The progressbar idea was taken from GTX590's convo so Thanks to GTX590...

U can use DiskSpan_GUI.exe or _DiskSpan.bat to compress game...
I still have not grasp everything about new CIU or DiskSpan_GUI, so if any problem arises I will fix it.....

Only a criosity.
Is your command line correct?
I think it should not work using "srep" due to the changes in the CIU for GUI compatibility.
I think it should be used:

Replace attached files in source code 3.0.0.1.b8.
In DiskSpan_GUI or DiskSpan.bat use method: cp_2077

Test with this attachment file.
It is already configured for the method you used.
It is only necessary to choose the path of the game and advance the steps.
I compressed random files here (I don't have the game) and compressed and installed it perfectly using this method.

What is the error that is happening (see clicking on the summary button)?
