gigawing2 us

On GameCopyWorld is a download for gigawing2 us available. But on the comment is written that the patch only works for gigawing 2 for the japanese version.

Can i use teh patch also for the us-version or is it only for the ntsc-japan-version?

Are you sure the patch is even needed for the US version?
