A special thanks to Simorq and LuisCésar82 for their contribution in improving the compressor and script.


1. Install the game. Update game, apply NO-CD if necessary.
2. Download attachment, extract to HD, NOT in Gamefolder.
2a.Move _CommonRedist folder to Conversion Output last folder.

3. Run UltraARC, Browse/Select Your installed game, then choose output location. Select the compression method to use.
4. Make iso files with the same name of folders.
5. Test the conversion, before burning ISO.

@Simorq: But inflation is only at 150% (best case 200% or more).

And i don't understand why i don't have memory usage or "ON" "OFF" in headerless and force detection. Even GFS don't show me memory usage.

although even withous this file the result would be 3 DVDs and the third DVD is 290mb with srep+lzma2

No need to exclude files or something in the games because even with normal compression = (3 DVD) compression m4

I don't know if this file is neccesarry, but it seems to be just a bonus video.

Without this file, final size is 2xDVD5 (pZLib+srep+lzma).

The video file is not necessary, you can play without problems.

after using pZLib+srep+lzma I got 2DVDs without "HB_DocumentaryRoughCut.bik" but I can't install the game. installation stucks when it reaches to "HellbladeGame.exe"
I'de tested srep+lzma2 and I had no problem. i thought there would be no problem with this one, too. so I'd deleted original files :(
I need that file in {app} folder.
and could you please check if you have same problem?

No problem here

UltraARC should compress the game in 2 Data bins, Data1.bin (all files, except "Movies" folder and "HellbladeGame-WindowsNoEditor.pak") if you followed my way to use exactly.

Alternative compress all files (except "Movies" folder and "HellbladeGame-WindowsNoEditor.pak") seperatly with srep+lzma (set Treshold=100 in UltraARC.ini), name it Data1.bin and replace the archive. Backup your records.ini, otherwise it will be overwriten.

I'm stucked again. None of the installers could extract "HellbladeGame-WindowsNoEditor.pak"
I have win 10x64 and it is compresses by pZLib+srep+lzma. I don't no what I've done wrong.

I had no problem with srep+lzma2

I think I need to redownload the game.

I redownloaded the game and did the compression with Pzlib+srep+lzma2 but I can not install the game. installer can't extract "HellbladeGame-WindowsNoEditor.pak". I think the problem is Pzlib and it seems that I'm the only one who has this problem.

It is not a complicated compression; I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
I'll try to use only srep+lzma2 because that one had no problem for me.

And yeah like you said, you are the only person having problems with pZLib until now (atleast the only person who have reported).

Make sure you have enough free RAM (4+GB) and HDD space (at least double game size).

Turn off AV during installation.
