Game is already 2xDVD5 with all Soundtracks.

If you want 1xDVD5, exclude all Soundtrack folders from Data1.ini.

Can you update the conversion to the new dlc gathering strom?
I use the conversion, the process compress & install is works but when try to test play it crash.
I test play from the iso is play normal no crash.

Try to get it back to 1 disk

Edit: It's just not possible anymore without converting sound files. I will stay away from this because I'm not in the mood to deal with 3 codecs.
