Exactly.

2 Questions about this Conversion,
1. Can you please change the language of License Agreement.
2. Do I need 120 GB space for this conversion.
I used this http://fileforums.com/showthread.php?t=96838 and he used split method so I needed 120 GB space

No, because "GTX590" use the batch file method for compressing the game files. UltraArc uses the temp dir on systemdrive to unpack and merge the files.

What do you mean by changing the language of license agreement?
As KaktoR explained it, my method doesn't need twice the size of the game. Game will be installed directly and will require only 60Gb in the directory folder.

mertderler 24-08-2015 05:02

Oh my God, what is this

Graphic super, installer super

As you can see this screenshot http://www.casimages.com/i/150808113653117564.jpg.html the language isn't english. It doesn't matter what language you choose for the setup interface but the license agreement language always same.

pakrat2k2 25-08-2015 08:20

that may be because there may not be a license agreement file for the language you that you choose in setup. When that happens it always uses the English version for those that don't have a file.

Or it may be named incorrectly & the setup again, uses the default english one.

I'll see what I can do to fix it!!!!!!

Just an FYI for ya, the names of each license file must be correct or else it wont display. Eula folder within Setup, Background, subfolders.

English - Eula.rtf
French - EULA_French.rtf
German - EULA_German.rtf
Spanish - EULA_SpanishES.rtf
Italian - EULA_Italian.rtf
PortugueseBR - Eula_PortugueseBR.rtf
Polish - Eula_Polish.rtf

these are the most common one, from these you can figure out the rest easily enough

problem solved thanks DVDMan

hydraulik 07-11-2015 20:24

Can this be updated somehow? I feel like 14 DVDs are not enough when including newest patches/DLCs.

I needed to perform changes provided by DVDMan and I added a few more lines to data14.lst
Code:

update\x64\dlcpacks\mplowrider\*
update\x64\dlcpacks\mpreplay\*
update\x64\dlcpacks\mpluxe\*

But there are still 577MB files in dlcpacks. I don't know where to put them. These are the following:
Code:

update\x64\dlcpacks\mphalloween\*
update\x64\dlcpacks\mpluxe2\*
update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\*
update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday5ng\*
update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday6ng\*
update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday7ng\*

My goal is to have a set of DVDs where I don't need to update anything (at least until next patch/DLC).

pakrat2k2 07-11-2015 21:26

Then change the compression for the very last dvd (14) and add all the rest of the files to the last lst file. Without compression it was only 2.5GB so unless all the files your adding don't take up that much space then shouldn't be issue.

Don't take me wrong, but you can also choose another conversion that uses UltraARC.
There are many GTAV conversions in FF:)

hydraulik 08-11-2015 18:07

Well, when adding everything, the CAB-File was around 4.9GB or something. But I will take a look at compression methods with ARC. (I'm not experienced using this software. Maybe someone can make a suggestion what compression method to use? :) )

Oh, btw: I used this compression since it looks the best. I don't really want to switch to another setup.

GTX590 09-11-2015 07:03

OK!
Read this:
This is the compression I used:
GTAV_1 (Disc1)=srep+lzma
GTAV_2 to GTAV_14= no compression (Disc2 to Disc14)

To change compression of "GTAV_14" do this!!
1-Right click on "compress.bat" and choose modify.
2-Scroll down to Data14 section and change:
from
arc a -ep1 -r -w.\ [email protected] -dp"%choice1%" .\GTAV_14\%arc%
to
arc a -ep1 -r -w.\ -msrep+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d256m:fb128:mc1000:lc8 [email protected] -dp"%choice1%" .\GTAV_14\%arc%

Please test and report back!!!!

I don't think so!!
Unless you change compression method.
I think it's better to test and then feedback.

So I changed the cab to bin and did the conversion and it was OK but the setup file is looking for data.cab so changing the cab extension is not useful.

I think I must do the conversion without changing anything. Thanks again for your hard work

GTX590 11-05-2016 09:07

For .bin extension to work, I have to change the extract settings in Setup.ini. This latter is merged into Setup.exe in first folder.
That means I have to upload another Setup.exe that will handle .bin archives.

You just move put two Data.bin files in oeach folder.
e.g.
GTAV_1 (folder)
Data1.bin
Data2.bin

GTAV_2 (folder)
Data3.bin
Data4.bin

and so on...

Cannot, files size exceeds the capacity of a DVD9... any solutions?

I did that, but installing the game does not end. Can you modify the setup or something?
Here I leave the files.
