Freearc v.0.666 must be Installed for Converter!


1: Install the Game, Move Uninstall Files to somewhere
2: Download Attachment, Unpack it and move _Common Redist Folder from Install Dir to South Park tSoT 1xDVD5\South Park - The Stick of Truth\DVD1
3: Start Converter.exe, Choose Game folder, Click Convert, Wait for Finish
4: Remove Original Uninstall Files, Uninstall original Game, Reinstall from Conversion, Have Fun!
Note: Owner of a 32bit OS, should change the Compress Method in Converter.ini to
-msrep+delta+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d158m:fb273:mc1000:lc8 for Data2.bin
Converter can make ISO after Compress, just set the hook to “create Disk Image”

how to fix this Thank sir

I get an error stating libgdk-win32-2.0-0.dll is missing. I have installed freearc, ufraw, and gimp(all of which are supposed to fix the problem). Put each dll into the system32 folder as well as the conversion folder and tried to run it(failed every time).

Anything else that I'm missing(I'm running win7 x64)?

Edit 1: have tried putting all gimp dlls into ufraw bin folder. Doesn't work.
Edit 2: uninstalled gimp, ufraw and freearc. Reinstalled latest freearc. Still doesn't work.
Edit 3: restarted, working.
Edit 4: freearc crashing, switched to 32bit version of lzma and srep. Conversion working.

Conversion Converter is from Razor12911, you have to ask him if you got Problems with the Converter. I followed the Steps from first Post again and everything works fine for me.

You must install freearc.

The installer crashes now :(.

Freearc was installed previously. I had to jump through quite a few hoops with no coherent error message.

I would suggest you add something to the error message to tell the user what may be wrong.

Perhaps a list of all required programs should be added, maybe even check for them on startup.

Also, the converter says the conversion completes successfully even when no files are created.

error at the end of the installation process... everything gets extracted without problems, but the error is still there...

What an Error? Out of Range?

Yup, out of range error... I guess has something to do with redist install since the game doesn't have one and the conversioon install shows them already checked. I havent tried to uncheck them anyways or add them to disk since I don't know what's the structure used for them.

NOTE: It's not just and error and nothing happens... I noticed that when you get the error the already appliied crack doesn't work. I copied the crack again to the installation made by this conversion and THEN it works without problems... looks like the error gets crack files corrupted

I make Update (South Park tSoT 1xDVD5v1.2.rar), hope it works better now!

Changes:
Converter is ready for Update 1 and 2 of the Game, also for the Crack (CPY.ini)
Update Setup to v.2.3 of IC
Fixed Redist Line for Visual C
Changed Button Positions in Setup Window
Changed LZMA to m0 Compression

You may try to Change the Converter.ini for Data2.bin Compression (srep) to m9 or mx, both Compressed fine but on my PC the Setup Crashes on 50%.
No clue if it is a fault from my PC or going to IC...with srep everything is fine!

No Errors like "out of Range" during test.

This happens because the Game itself needs no Reg entrys. All normal.

Why two Times? You are using the old Version? Or does this happen with v.1.2 of Installer too?

Removed v.1.0 of Installer to avoid misunderstandings.

I used version 1.2 but appear window while I running the converter (the procedure entry point g_module_open_utf8 could not be located in the dynamic link library libgmodule-2.0-0.dll.Please can u help me to solve this problem,one thing u should know that I used win 7.32 Bit and Freearc V0.666,okey

Sorry to say but I can't reconstruct the Error. On my side is everything fine. Since I make the Update, better than before. You have enough free Space on HD?
If nothing works for you, try The Conversion from Pakrat2k2.
