INSTRUCTIONS

1. Install the game.

2. Download the attached file, decompress wherever you want (not in game folder).

3. Go to game´s directory, move temporaly the originals unistall files (example: unins000.dat and unins000.exe) if there, and replace after conversion.

5. Run Compress.bat, type your game's installed diectory and wait for Finished!

6. Make ISO and test before you burn. You can make ISO automatically with ImgBurn if you have installed.

Done.

DVD1 = 3.37 GB
DVD2 = 4.20 GB

Files disc 2 will not fit on a dvd5

DVD1= 3,60 GB
DVD2= 4,54 GB

Here was also...

DVD 1: 3.50 GB
DVD 2: 4.54 GB

why would you add DX + VCredist to installer ? Those shouldnt be included in first archive, have those MOVED to dvd2, and add them to setup.ini so user can choose to install them or not.
Then choose better compression level for Assets folder, currently same the rest of the folders.

YES its same size as Movies folder but, by the looks of it, those biks dont compress much, thats why you 2nd dvd is so much bigger.

OR edit compress.bat and change -m4 to -m9 ?? give it a try

My second DVD got 4,65 GB... I try to change -m4 to -m9 but in the second conversion I got 4,61 GB....What can I do to get the 4,50 GB?????

just add this in the date1 DiscContentPC\Movies\mk001_002_003.bik and save open it with notepad works 100/100 dvd2 size 4.30

thats the problem... you DONT want 4.5GB you need 4.37GB for it to fit on dvd5. First dvd does have room as its only 3.5GB, so some of the files that are on 2nd dvd need to be moved to 1st dvd.

awsome art work bud, I suggest you to make a little bit smaller the logos of wb games and northrealm 'cause kind spoil the graphics from your autorun.-

you must input the correct path to your game files. i.e. if you have the game on C:\Mortal Kombat KE, you must input that adress.-

I'm still wondering how ppl are making this game 5.90GB (lossless)
Folder Asset they pack from 4.10GB to +1GB hmm
try it many options (arc+srep+precomp)but my result was not such awesome :D only 2.58GB :( (+2.05GB moviesgame don'tfit on 1xDVD5)
There must be some super-uber-hyper compresion method :D

The process of conversion works 100%!

But a small detail, my game was installed in PT-BR, but after conversion to 2xDVD5 game got in ESP, but during the installation process (autorun) was all in PT-BR ... how do I change it?

The conversion and installation works great, but when I install with portuguese language, the game starts in spanish....
I'm waiting for the fix....but the autorun and install is very beautiful....congratulations...^^

I had the same problem too! I just downloaded the last version of the compressor an worked great! I hope it works for you too.

By the way great work, Conversion works flawlesly on Windows 7 64 bits. Cheers mates!

every file from 1.1 - 1.4 has worked fine.

when you run compress.bat & it asks
Select your game directory (e.g. C:\Program Files\Mortal Kombat KE):

then you type in your game dir ( as you entered it above )
C:\Program Files (x86)\Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition
and let the batch file continue to end. Of course follow the instructions in first post.
( move the uninstall files temporarily out of folder, until conversion is done. )

follow the instructions given, cant be easier then that.

1 Game (C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition) installed directory.
2 Files (MKKE_v1.3.7z) I've opened the desktop by downloading here.
3 Within each game directory (unins000.dat and unins000.exe) files to change after I bought the compression process.
4 Compress.bat install an index file by opening portion of the game as the picture has changed.
5 Compress.bat run the file.

Note: Where did I do wrong, and on the need to change how could you help Compress.bat file.
