GRID 2 - 1xDVD5 *CIU+FreeArc+2Languages* *Updated - 11/03/2013*

Based on CIU v2 by yener90; Compress.bat based on Peterf1999 and BAMsE scripts;
Music: "Main Menu Theme"; Video: "GRID 2 Announcement trailer"; Reg entries: Not needed;
Eula file has support in english only;

Note: Remove your original uninstall files before you make the conversion;
Leave _CommonRedist folder in the game directory;

1. Install the game, updates (latest 1.0.85.8679) and DLCs (if you have). Download attachment and extract (not in game folder);

2. Run Compress.bat, type your game directory and press Enter;

3. Select the language you want to compress and wait for finished successfully!
English will be compressed by default and one more language of your choice will be compressed.

4. Make ISO and test. If you use ImgBurn.exe, delete or move langs folder before make the ISO from Compress.bat.

Fabioddq great job, please add the Russian language in the installer Russian localizer will not translate the game, but we have a forum where the translation of the game

Updated to v1.1:

- Added splash;
- Added russian and turkish languages;
- Fixed missed character of italian language on Lang.lst (Thanks to Outlaw82)

The problem with uninstall is solved on CIU 1.0.1.4. Was a known problem of the CIU.1.0.1.2

If you make the conversion up to 5 languages, srep is not needed. Change in compress.bat:

Tested with 5 languages: 4.29GB (Installation time: 5 min)
Tested with 2 languages: 3.85GB (Installation time: 4 min)

Strange, I don't have Lang.lst in my game dir.

Lang.lst in NOT in game directory. Is in conversion files you download from the first post.

after conversion, the game size just 9 giga.
if not conversion the game size 10,g giga
why ? or i have mistake when conversion.

i have removed the original uninstall files when making convesation and puted them back after to uninstall

after i close that error instalation works i press default and starts instaling

The conversion works great, but the deinstall isn't works properly.....It's giving me Gdiplus error......If I try doing again the deinstall, works good but without the deinstall window. I don't know what happens that with me...I did many conversions without problems, but now the new conversions give me that error or kernel error....
I have Windows 7 x86...

issue with Based on CIU 1.0.1.4, your not the only one.

Shall we use the conversion which is being made by CIU 1.0.1.2 or 1.0.1.4 what's your openion

Works great but autorun.exe gives error, but i change autorun.ini to work whit setup.exe

Setup/uninstall stopped working correctly.

Even with this error the game can be installed.

Is because of cjstyles, just add a exception for exe's on Data Execution Prevention

Nope. Works great with 1xDVD. Why you want 2xDVD5?

Updated to v1.2:

- Updated to CIU v2.0.0.0 (Thanks to yener90);
- Fixed official site on Website button (Thanks to verhetetlenek);
- Changed some positions on SmallInstaller;

if you already make the conversion, replace the Setup.exe and delete Autorun.exe. "CIU V2 doesnt have autorun.exe. One executable for everything".

I have the little issue with setup/uninstall hangs, could you please provide v2.0.0.0 autorun.exe in order not to do the hole conversion again?
