INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Install Bioshock Infinite. Optionally update to 1.1.25.5165 and install the following DLCs:
2. Download BSI_3xDVD5.rar (BSI_7xDVD5.7z for version with DLCs) and extract it to any {TEMP} (NOT in {game_folder}). Be sure to have at least 12.5GB of free space on the drive.
Note: See Post #33 for file.

3. Go to {TEMP}, run compress.bat and wait ~3h.

4. Go to {game_folder}\Binaries and move Prerequisites folder to {TEMP}\BSI_DVD3 (to {TEMP}\BSI_DVD1 for DLCs version)

5. Make iso/burn content of BSI_DVD# folders with any label

I'm really going crazy!

I had this issue on early version of this installer, but final was tested all the ways and I didn't notice it. Screen please.

Maybe, your SmallInstaller has a big size. Try to make it smaller. I always use 620x320 but the area filled by Small Installer is smaller than the image itself.

It's just a Example from my conversion of RE6:
In the white part you can add other imagens, logos, etc...
In the black part, you can add the SmallInstaller itself.

I set these parameters on Setup.ini/Style.ini:

in old version its not fixed.

No. Binaries folder won't be compressed among other game files, so don't worry about this.
The only question is dark_prince69 reserved some space for it, because I don't know iso sizes.

yes everything is compressed among the other files, i know that some files don't need to be compressed but it's really time consuming to test this much size, but the first dvd as enough space for the Prerequisites so i suggest to invert the steps and everyone will be happy lol ;-)

Thanks BAMsE & dark_prince69 for the info, I didn't mean to sound like I was complaining, just that those 2 steps seemed reversed. ( without looking at the how
it all gets compressed. )

Doesn't matter in the end, as soon as its done, I'll post DVD sizes ;)
also corrected title to reflect new CIUv2 & 7xDVD5.

just looking thru data#.lst files & I notice in data5.lst ( error ??)

ORIGINALLY
Shouldn't those last 4 entries also have the DLC\DLCB\ prefix to them too, as they are in the DLC\DLCB folder ??

damn i forgot to add the dir to those files :-( with so many files i got lost.

with almost 15K+ files, easy to miss something, ive done it too..

So you need to edit your setup.ini to set BeforeInstall=1 for every component in order to place binaries on 1st dvd

don't worry it's already done ;-) just need to copy the prerequesites folder to the first dvd and let the magic happen :-)

anyone got sizes for 7xDVD5 conversion?? (wanna try to mix DVD5 and DVD9 to lower DVD numbers)
Too bad that it has that much files - tried to pack i with srep and got it down to 18GB, but its time consuming pain in the ass to divide it properly into DVD5s :-(

not work for me in 7xDVD5 and i see all data list is wrong path....

i see that there's a little problem with the data list files, i'll try to fix them ASAP.

Now you reallise how hard it is to get everything to fit properly. Nevermind making of the graphics, its all the testing to get it all to fit properly, that takes a lot of time.

Edit Data list to correct with 7xDVD5 version
 

I had a edited to correct with data list in 7xDVD5 version. Just download attachment then run compress.bat and wait to finish.
Tested on my PC with Win7x64 and don't have any error.
Final size:
DVD1= 4,11 GB (With Prerequisites folder)
DVD2= 4,03 GB
DVD3= 3,90 GB
DVD4= 4,14 GB
DVD5= 4,31 GB
DVD6= 3,75 GB
DVD7= 4,01 GB
