To create ISO files (optional), you need to install ImgBurn on your system. Download here: http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download
Remove your original uninstall files before you make the conversion.

1. Install the game. Download attachment and extract in your HD (Not in game folder);

2. Run Compress.exe, select your game directory and wait for Finished!

OPTIONAL:
3. After creating Data.cab's, you can choose to create ISO files. If yes (Y):

DVD1: 4.35GB
DVD2: 4.33GB
DVD3: 3.95GB
DVD4: 2.43GB

Note: I you have 32Bit operational system download compress32Bit, extract in CODBOII_v1.0 and delete Compress.exe, so use compress.bat

About Setup.cab: No password if you wish to extract:

Main folder: Font.ttf; Font2.ttf; Music.mp3;
Autorun folder: Autorun.jpg;
Background folder: All images;
Setup folder: Installer.jpg; SmallInstaller.jpg;

Yep, I was in doubt between songs: Adrenaline, Sand and Camels and Savimbis Pride.

I forgot to remove password of Music.mp3 in the Setup folder. But just replace. ;):p

If I use your conversion and do step 3 from REV0 3xDVD5 conversion (Delete multiplayer files etc.), your conversion will become 3xDVD5? Your conversions we're always aesthetically better (No offence, REV0 - Your conversions are technically better - It's MY opinion).

i think not because need more compression even excluding such files. I need to organize the date *. Lst to make in 3xDVD5 and compressions too. I'm not sure Which files should be exclude. If you know, please send me an list with these files so I can organize. ;)

Fabioddq compress.exe isn't working on my w7x86

Kamyk95 you still can done REV0's conversion and use Fabioddq's setup.cab and setup.ini :p Just remember to remove [ExtractSettings] section from ini

Shit, maybe because i use Bat to exe converter 64Bit. I will upload in bat. Wait few minutes. Thanks for feedback.

P.S. You know how to add compatibility for 32 and 64 Bit when converte to exe? Another thing, when converted to exe the SREP does not work.

Download Compress32Bit in the message above. Extract in CODBOII_v1.0 and delete Compress.exe

This only a question click in Yes. ;) UDF is right. If not working use other program to make manually ISO's. Make all ISO's in UDF format.

Yes, you need UDF for files larger than 4 gigabytes on a DVD.

No. I didn't plan the convert to Deluxe Edition. Maybe some file is missing. Check your original files where this file is lost and tell me.

It's not from missing files from install folder.
I used to have that error too but i can't remember how did i get rid of it :o

This file is in zone\all\code_pre_gfx.ff and it is included in the conversion. Check again. ;)

And it has 5.50kb

Yep, Kojirou try to an solution in google. This is not a problem of the conversion.

Hello everybody, first of all excusme my english because i speak spanish but i trying to do my best!!

So, this is the think, i just do everything that is posted following the instrutions and finally a get the repack on 4dvd5. The problem cams when a run the game and few seconds later just appears a splash screen with the following message

"Error during initialization: ERROR: sound bank failed to load cmn_root_spanish. You have a build problem"

Help please!

After conversion install in french and put french language pack. Or just change the registry of ENU to FRA.

So, you say you tested installing game and second you just installed the spanish pack and after it you just compress it with any problems?

I was installed so many times the game, and after the spanish pack, and just "compress" sucefully but when i try to install from mount ISOs i get the problem!!

Don't compress the game with any language pack. Compress only in english. After, install from the conversion in (spanish) and put your spanish language pack.

I tested and works in spanish.

I need help. I did follow the instructions above but whenever I run compress.bat and type in my game directory(D:\Games\Call of Duty Black Ops 2), it says

arc: Data1.1st: open: does not exist (No such file or directory)

WARNING: FreeArc returns an error in archive Data1.cab!

I extracted the contents of compress32bit inside the codboII_v1.0 in the same place with the folders CODBOII_1 to 4. I wonder on what part of the process did I go wrong.

Also, I would like to know how to completely remove the original uninstall files? Since it is said in the instructions that they should be removed before conversion.

couple things, first off, goto your black ops 2 folder and MOVE unins000.dat & unins000.exe into your D:\Games folder. ( after conversion move them back, so you can uninstall original dvd9 version ).

temporarily rename your LONG "Call of Duty Black Ops 2" folder to something short like Black Ops 2 ( remember to rename it back to original when conversion is done. )

You have in the CODBOII_v1.0 folder with compress32.bat & Data1.lst - Data6.lst, arc.exe. ( you should have removed compress.exe UNLESS your running 64 bit windows, and the CODBOII_1 > 4 folders.

You need to right-click on compress.bat & run as administrator. type in the shortened name of your gamefolder, & the conversion will do the rest. :)

any other problems just ask, someone will always answer asap.

Make the suggestions by pakrat and check too:

If you put parentheses in the path, then remove. Show like this: D:\Games\Call of Duty Black Ops 2 without parentheses.

Check if your folder name is: Call of Duty Black Ops II instead 2.
