The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings - Enhanced Edition 3xDVD5 (EN Only)

I added proper images to reflect the new game version and made a few modifications.

1.Install game

2.Extract The_Witcher_2_3xDVD5_INNO.rar

3.Modify game path in The Witcher 2.iss file

4.Delete *.w2speech and *.w2stringsfiles from CookedPC folder, except the ones for english language (or the language(s) of your choice)
Note: You can also delete the *.usm files from CookedPC\movies folder (only the languages you don't need)

5.Run compile.bat (and wait for about 2-3h)

6.Burn or make ISOs with the content of each DISK* folder from Compiled folder
Note: You should add DirectX folder do DISK3)

Final disk size:
Disk1: 4.19GB
Disk2: 4.19GB
Disk3: 2.72GB (with DirectX)
Note: Final size may vary according to which language(s) you select.

v1.1 - Fixed an image inside the archive (it was .jpeg instead of .bmp) and made some tweaks to step 4.

Is it possible to do EN + language of your choice?

easily... just leave the languages you want replace the rest with dummy file like it says

4.Replace *.w2speech files from CookedPC folder with dummy files (except the .w2speech for english language... &/or the language of your choice)

regarding, Replace *.w2speech files with dummy files ( whatever lang )
you also replace/remove the corresponding *w2strings files too !

AND as your removing language files, goto cookedPC\movies and remove the usm files that correspond to the lang files you've removed.

error becasue of misnamed file.. BGI2_4_3.jpg should be bmp in archive you uploaded.
also no need to rename files, just delete the files you dont want. The game only uses
the language you choose when installing so safe to remove the others.

Yes, my mistake, since I have a widescreen resolution.
Also, thanks for the tips, you're right, dummy files are useless (and I didn't bothered to *w2strings files since they are small, and I was lazy to make dummy files for the video files since I couldn't test the game without them (above 2.0 version I get an error that i think it's related to the antivirus)).
So I will update the first post with these changes and the correct archive.

thank. perfect conversion. I also removed other language files beside those specified and the final siz is 10.7 GB with directx.

Good Job !Works perfectly on Win 7 x64 and 32!!For uninstall need to delete old uninstall files from game folder before converting !!Can not remember well, 3 or 4 files!! I tried to make the conversion with CI 8.2.6 but the game does not want to start from desktop shortcut ( Launcher exe.) even if we put in ISS. script adequate registry!!I can not figure out why!!

Maybe because you have a registry error of the game in Inno Setup.

Made 3 images, installed fine from them. Wouldn't uninstall, resorted to simply deleting the game directory.
Trying to re-install from burned discs now to check they're ok, only options I get are play or uninstall even though there's no game files or even folder anymore. Looking in registry I cant see any references to the game.
Suggestions very welcome.

EDIT - Nvm, found a registry entry I missed (tyvm win7 lol).

,,noob,,before you convert must delete the old uninstall files,3 or 4 files!!Now go in Start\Run\Regedit\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CD Project RED and delete CD Project RED,go in Start\Run\Regedit\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GOG and delete GOG go in Start\Run\Regedit\HKEY_LOCAL_USER\SOFTWARE\CD Project RED and delete CD Project RED!!Now reinstall original game ,move elsewhere the old uninstall files,and convert game!!After conversion has finished move back old uninstall files and uninstall original game!!Only now you can install what you resulting from the conversion!!

How much time it takes to install with this conversion?
I'm trying to install here and its Extracting pack0.dzip from disk1 long time...

I figured what happened, the screen with the Please insert next disk is hidden I dont know how, betwen the background image and the progress bar screen, I can see it pressing Alt+tab, but its not selectable, very strange thing, I cant acess it and cannot continue with instalation.

Lol, I forgot I even made this, it made me laugh when I saw I was the OP.

I don't remember how this was made, but I will not make any modifications or another conversion for it.
