Take a closer look; it's no MI as it's meant to be.

btw, single Mini image can't be created for FIFA 08 - at least not by me.
If it isn't too much hazzle you can use the linked ones with 2 virtual drives + YASU

Hello all,

has anyone being able to make any of the three mini-images for Fifa 08 work with the spanish/portuguese version of the game? Netshow .nfo says that the image should work with this region but no luck here :( (Using Daemon Tools v4.10 + Yasu 1.4.70.80)

EA Sports has released today an new patch. Does the images work with that one too?

I have tried it and it doesnt work :(

It looks like check now is done in only one drive.
Needed data of second drive/image isn't read anymore.

Use a full image instead.
Create an ISO of your original disc and copy the attached mds file into the image folder.

My DVD is by my friend and he live 500km from me away. So i hoped there will be a solution because i wanted too play until next week. Anyway now i need too wait until he is back :(.

SecuROM version has changed, and two images still work :rolleyes:

The others were compressed ones and therefore can't be mounted in DT 4.06.
As first image now is a "real" Maxi you shouldn't forget to use windows compression

what do you mean zulu,i downloaded the new images and mounted both mds files but game still wont work

I tried using all three Mini Images with patch 2, however none work still get the emulation software detected, i have installed YASU and set daemon to securerom but still no joy, looks like its back to running of the DVD in the mean time

Do you use DT 4.06 ?
Do you have 1.4 YASU.exe in DT installation folder (not needed with YASU 1.3) ?

I don't think this matters, but i have SPTD version 1.53 installed.

P.S. you don't need to enable emulations when mounting an image

Zulu's Maxi image work for any language and any patch.

Hush... it works cause i used the mds file of your MI (with a little cut, you know size matters :D)
My own mds sometimes gave me Securom error 1000.

does i have to use deamon tools 4.06 becouse im using 4.10,does this make a difference

Yes, as written in the Instructions.txt.

Securom's witch hunters forgot to blacklist that version.

ok thanks zulu ,im just re installing the game ,when installed do i have to use the 1st patch and then the second patch? and then mount the 2 new images ? sorry for the noob questions

ok i reinstalled the game and now i cant use the 1st patch says old file not found ,is there a way to check my game region so i know what roster patch to download?

"Old file not found" is a typical message from the .RTPatch binary file patching engine when it found the wrong version/language/region EXE and, therefore, it couldn't patch it. Download and try all patches (see http://www.patches-scrolls.de for all of them) although the region should be obvious from where (continent) and how (physical media or direct download) you bought the game.

i cant find DT 4.06
the one on the DT site is DT 4.08 insted of 06

could anyone send me that ?
or give me a working link

My "suboptimal" DPM was the reason i didn't upload first images to GCW; this was done by some other member i guess :confused:

Sry but the image with daemon tools and Yasu 1.4 doesn´t work at my system. When is start the game i become a Window with the message
"Conflict with Emulation Software"


I have no Emu Settings @Daemon Tools and Yasu 1.4 on.

Why doesen´t its work ?

I think it's not Daemon Tools it's detecting. Make sure you have the latest version of Daemon Tools; also try uninstalling it; if you still get the error message, look for other software related to emulating/editing/mounting CD's/DVD's.

Sorry for reviving this old thread but i cant run the game with the second pacht and any mini-image you posted
I mean, "FIFA 08 Patch #2 [MULTI5] No-DVD/Fixed Image" doesnt work, and i wanted it to play online ( yes, i have it original ^^ , by the way)

I use DT4.10.02 Pro Agent Advanced edition SPTD 1.5 and Yasu 1.4, and windows UE.
I get the "emulation software detected" message, and i only have those two programs.

I suppose i get the message beacuse a program interrupts, but thats impossible. Is there any other cause?

TippeX it won't work in latest version due to blacklist. Use DT 4.06 or wait for next version.

PD: Its a shame because i needed DT4.10 for the witcher...i hope another crack had been released for it.

hmm 4.06 still 'allowed'.. then.. odd

4.12 is not out yet, you mean 4.11.2. Blacklist is cleared so far, but with patch #2 it has SecuRom 7.35.0008 which blacklists DT again.

A comment from DT Development to 4.06:
BTW it seems you two are very busy with beta of PiD as currently no new beta to the testers.

yup, beta coming soon for you lot :), some bug fixes, some tweaks.. you know
weird, so 7.35 messes it all up again and allows 4.06 heh, i guess the cat and mouse
game has evolved... the cat is now on drugs ;p and yep, meant 4.11.2
