Very funny indeed... And I can add as a side note that all of my Asus m/b has been working perfect, for some reason I think he have mixed up DFI and Asus. Nothing against DFI now, they usually make great m/b but the nF4 series is... well not my style...

Got a K8V SE Deluxe (Asus) for my AMD64 ;)

I feel this board has a touch more performance than the A8N-SLI (even if that board is PCI-e)

Why you get rid of the Sli deluxe?

As I said I feel the K8VSE has more to offer, the A8N SLI is still working gave my father it with a AMD64 3gig.

Oh ok, I am going for the A8N-Sli Premium very soon... Because I do need the PCI-e and probably the SLI capability later on.

Pair that up with 2gb corsair PC3200C2, A64 3700+ SD and a 7800GT and there ya go... my new system... (OT me? nope :p)

I'm looking to get a xfx 7800GTX card, expensive though. 490Mhz Core - 1300Mhz memory clock. ouch!!! Wanna play that Fear title coming out soon, and play Doom 3 properly. lol!

Not tried the fear demo nice stuff :)

But you need a Geforce 6 or 7 series card 5 series can play it, but you have to adjust stuff in the settings.

Also change card settings and your AGP aperture size to 256 (so 1gb Ram recommended :P)

The thread on the asus website looks like a lot kids on the kinder garden ranting and speaking al lot of nosense crap. Its funny

I know yeah. I've read all of the replies, all make me laugh. :D :D Not surprised there aren't any mods to lock the thread or remove it completly, as some of the language and abuse is quite nasty.

And for someone who supposedly runs his own bussiness he has a shocking way of getting his point accross! I would not want to be a customer of someone like him! :p
