Modd chips allow us to run programs on the XBoxes hradware to back up games or to run other apps. If you are able to do this with the alladin then stick with it no sense just changing the chip beacuse its not a xecutor.

Find out some things about it. Are you able to upgrade or reflash the BIOS with evox software. Does it have a jumper so you can switch the chip off to go on live if you want this, These are probably the most important things,

So your buying a pre-mod? If your going to buy a pre-mod XBox with an Aladdin chip and it will get to you, I don’t see why a pre-mod with an X2 Lite / Pro wouldn’t get to you either.



I see a VERY big probs. here. This will cause probs with games in the future, when they will need a new BIOS to run.



It just means you can put a bigger HDD in your XBox if you want.

No no no, you will be able to play games just fine, but you will have to patch all the new ones.

With the new BIOS you wont have to patch games.
