Nvidia quadro good for gamming?

I was wondering if this video nvidia quadro 4500 could play PC games, ive been doing some reading about these quadro cards and it looks like most of them are being used as "workstations" using CAD and other programs( not that popular in the gaming world, as far as playing games).. Is it possible to play HIGH end pc games with this card? I'm only asking because my brother says he can give it to me for free (but he isn't sure if it plays PC games?), he told me that the video card cost around $1,200 and that he doesn't need it anymore....... so i was wondering if its worth it to build a gaming computer around this video card?

If is free then try it. I've seen a post on Guru3D that suggests a 4600 (yours is 4500) is equivalent of 8800GTS!

So what the hell, grab it and try it!
