Tiger Woods 2004

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the manual for Tiger Woods PGA tour 2004 for PC? I purchased my copy from ebay but it didn’t contain a manual. I believe it is available in a PDF format but I have been unable to find a copy on the internet. EA suggests that it should be on the CD but I have searched high and low without success. I don’t have a proof of purchase that EA require to get it sent to me and would rather not have to go back to ebay. Any help appreciated.
