Incoming NoCD

Ok, I downloaded a No CD. It's called "incomcrk". I followed the instructions on it, and it didn't do anything. I'm kind of alarmed at this point, so I've researched how to investigate what might have happened, such as trying to extract it with multiple programs and "read" it with others and nothing seems to work per se.. Anyway, from someone who is more savvy, can I please get a full answer about exactly what this file is, and what it does (to registry, or whatever)? Thanks so much in advance. I would also love to learn how to find these things out on my own, but my searches on google are leading to dead ends. Maybe I'm typing the wrong thing?

first of all...
virus scan it (use virustotal.com, jotti or similar)..
sounds suspicious

then give more info..

if you think that we will teach you how to do analysis on the file to see what it does then you are sadly mistaken.. it takes a lot of work and knowledge for that and you dont seem to have the basic knowledge to start with (no offense... its just the facts)..

to watch file access or registry access use filemon or regmon or process explorer..

you havent even told us where you got the file, its size etc...
so you didnt exactly give us much to go on.. just a name.. we arent mind readers and a name is nothing..

Sorry for the late reply, I was very busy and distracted. I didn't get it from here originally, but it's the same thing. The other site must have taken it down, says a lot right there I would think. I did a virus scan on it, said it was clean. Anyway here it is: http://cracksss.com/cracks/incoming
