FIFA 2010 DVD9 to 2xDVD5

Create 2 folders labeled "DVD 1" and "DVD 2"

1) Copy the entire contents of the DVD9 inside the folder "DVD 1"
2) a) Download the following file:
http://rapidshare.com/files/285444338/JPAI_FA10Conv.rar

b) decompression and copy the file "autorun.dat" inside the folder "DVD 1" overwriting the original.


3) Cut the folder "audio" (located in DVD1/data) and paste it in the same location but within the DVD2 (previously created DVD folder / data)

4) Copy the file folder and Support GDFBinary.dll found in the DISK1 and paste them into the root of DISK2 (COPY & PASTE).

5) Copy the file "Autorun.inf" and "fifapc.ico" and paste them inside the folder "DVD 2"

6) Edit with notepad the file "Autorun.inf" (located in the folder "DVD 2") so that it reads as follows:


open = 0
Icon = fifapc.ico
Name = FIFA 10


6) Burn to DVD content in the folder "DVD 1" used as a mandatory label "DISK1"

7) Burn to DVD content in the folder "DVD 2" using as a required tag "DISK2"

The installation sequence is DISK1 -> DISK2 -> DISK1 and medicinal patch courtesy of Razor911.


Note worried If they are unable to select the language to install, do not worry because when you start the game may choose the language they want, eye! Spain's flag is the flag of Mexico and the 2 Spanish flags as they say, the only difference is the commentators. You will choose at will.

Doesnt work for me with europen version multi. I get an error before the installation starts (maybe because my version doesnt have spanish language:)
When You look at the size of both files they are different.
I will try to change my autorun.dat.

So this tutorial (above) will only work for the first Multi7 version (or You should edit autorun.dat by yourself:)

MULTI7: EN/ES/ES-MX/PT/PT-BR/SE/DK (09-2009)
MULT5: EN/FR/DE/IT/NL (09-2009)
MULTI: BR/CZ/DK/EN/ES/FR/DE/GR/HU/IT/JP/KR/MX/NL/NO/PL/PT/RU/SE


Also there is no need of changin disc label, because when You are prompt to change the disc there is Fifa 10 not DISK 1 or 2:)

FIfa every multi version to 2 x dvd5
slow but must works


1) Set in Total commander option - like on screenshots [set_tcmd_view.jpg]
size display = dynamic (x k/M)
in footer = dynamic (x k/M)

2) Make two folders on hdd in temp folder (for example)
f:\temp\Fifa10_1
f:\temp\Fifa10_2
that will be names of both dvd5

3) Copy game to Fifa10_1

4) Open totalcmd and go in left panel to f:\temp\, in right to [empty] f:\temp\FIFA10_2 - check screenshot
in right select folder

5) Open in ORCA autorun.dat [simplest is to rename autorun.dat to autorun.msi and open, after end editing rename back]

6) Go to FILE table, sort by FILESEQUENCE - remeber last number [for multi7 is 8980] -look on screenshot
Then for moved files to dvd2 we start counting from 9000 [we can choos 8981 but its simpler to choose 9000]

7) In FILE table sort by FILESIZE and scroll down to biggest files [around 400MB]

8) Then now its time to use tcmd and move options to move biggest files until dvd1 is around 4480MB
in FILENAME column is real name of files then copy that name - example biggest file for multi7 is
dat_eng.big
hit ctrl+c or copy from menu
open tcmd with opened folders like in point 2
in left window on selected folder with game hit F6 (check screenshot moving_file.jpg)
hit ok

now u have one file moved with proper directory to dvd2
now u must repeat that steps to make folder f:\temp\Fifa10_1 to fit on dvd5 - HOW to check when is done ?
In Total commander hit on selected folder SPACE and u get size of that folder in Megabytes [if u set view in options]
dvd5 is around 4480

9) For multi7 need to move that files

dat_eng.big;dat_brp.big;dat_mex.big;dat_por.big;da t_spa.big;dat_swe.big;gui.big;zdata_41.big;zdata_4 2.big;aemsstrm.big

to make dvd1 =4426
dvd2 =2744

NOTE:
DONT REMOVE ANY FILES WITH ATTRIBUTES 16XXX - ITS COMPRESSED,

10) Ok we moved files but now back to ORCA and FILE tables:
for every moved files need to change FILESEQUENCE:
we start for example from 9000
check changed_filesequence.jpg
ended with 9009 number

11) Hehe it not ended :P
in ORCA go to MEDIA tables and add row [simple ctrl+shift+c on last line and hit ctrl+shift+v and modyfying that line]

32 9100 FIFA10_2

ofcours it can be 9010 but 9100 is good too

but installers need to ends on dvd1 then in MEDIA add second line

33 9200 FIFA10_1

between 9100-9200 we must put some file in FILE table then

additional rename VOLUMELABEL according to our name of folders
FIFA10_1
FIFA10_2

12) in FILE table
for any file that we dont move and dont have ATTRIBUTES 16*** set FILESEQUENCE for example
9111 (check screen set_9111_file.jpg)
SAVE CLOSE and rename msi to autorun.dat

13) in Autorun.inf remove lines
label=XXXX

14) additional copy
autorun.inf
fifapc.ico
to dvd2

in FIFA10_2 u have folder FIFA10_1 and that contents of folder must burn on dvd2 with FIFA10_2 label but that's nothing new for you

of course test that things before burn on real dvd

if u want to create more space on dvd1 then move more files to dvd2 according to info :)

FIFA 2010 - DVD9 to 2xDVD5

1.) Create folders 'DISK1' and 'DISK2' and copy content of DVD9 to folder DISK1

2.) Download 'autorun.dat' and extract files to folder DISK1 and say yes to overwrite

4.) From 'DISK1' copy 'fifapc.ico' and 'autorun.inf' and folder 'Support' to folder 'DISK2'

5.) Edit autorun.inf in folder 2 to like this:

6.) Burn or make iso's with label Disk1 and Disk2


Install Sequence: DVD1 - DVD2 - DVD1

DVD size:
DVD 1: 3,48 Gb
DVD 2: 3,54 Gb
