Ok .. In Media section :
DiskID LastSeque DiskPro Cabinet Volumen
1 4161 1 Data1.cab DISK1
2 4365 1 Data11.cab DISK1
3 5542 1 Data12.cab DISK2
4 7935 1 Data13.cab DISK2
it works, just follow the instruction posted by senseman.
easy, copy all contents to DISK1 folder, make another folder called DISK2 and move from DISK1 to DISK2 these files Data12, Data13, icon, autorun. then edit autorun like senseman shows in his post and the burn or create iso with labels DISK1 and DISK2. there a hidden file also on the original game disk called .AspyrBuild.Guitar Hero 4.EUR_EFIGS_SR.90751. i've copied that one on both folders, just in case.
when it finishes installing it will say wrong disk, but you have to switch to DISK1 and then you can play the game.
disk2
autorun.inf
[autorun]
open=0
icon=icon.ico
Disk1-disk2-disk1
with out error!

Actually, you MOVE Data12, Data13 and COPY icon.ico, autorun.inf to DISK2 folder.
If you move autorun.inf and icon.ico off DISK1, it will have no Autorun function!
thanks works fine for me! on w7 64bits ^^
