Ya I know this is kinda off topic, but I want an awesome body. I have no equipment and such, but I want to have good tri and bi ceps, and good pects. I already have a six pack, so no need to worry there. Please help! :confused:

Swimming enhances every muscle in your body and removes fat from everywhere. (I don't swim. I actually can't. ;) I cycle to work instead.)

im not fat in anyway, in fact, i took one of those fat analyzers and only 11% of my body is fat. I'm kind skinny, but i do want to gain weight. I just can't for some reason
Chicken, Eggs, Pasta, Rice etc anything with high amounts of Protein is what you need.
This will pile on the weight and also be able to be changed from fat to muscle in a shorter time compared to other food and worse of all junk food.
