Hey all....come to think of it.....every threads and subthreads and topics I go to there is at least more then 1 or 2 users banned..

How often and how many (a rough estimate) of users have you guys banned in total since day 1 of FF?

Sorry about this question if it is confidential to the forum some how but I'm just keen and curious to know!:D

hmm there's quite a few pages, most are first time users posting advertisements, bots and so on, which increases the count a fair bit, then theres permbans and tempbans, and tempbans expire after a while (can't remember if the actual log/information is kept in that case), but the number fluctuates a lot.. and its from when the forum started

at a quick glance, temp bans are about 16 pages with about 40 names per page, so not superbad.. and most are from people who didn't read the rules, dont think the information is confidential as you could probably find it (albeit very tediously) by checking out each user one by one in the member list...

yup it is, most are one post wonders who instantly post advertising, they're pretty easy to spot... temp bans i don't really monitor, as they expire after a period of time

If people read the FAQ's and the Rules then we'd not be banning people so often!

But then the people who get perm banned aren't interested in reading FAQ's or Rules as they are just a bunch worthless c***s who only spam and advertise :)

Yeah exactly, and spammers are the worst i think.

90% of the things i'm searching for Google does most of the legwork, it's not like it's difficult using a search engine for gawds sake!

Confidential or not I don't think those banned users mind their old accounts anyways
