Memory Stick for PSP

Hey Guys, just wondering if anyone knows if there is a limit to the capacity of memory stick the PSP will accept. I'm looking at purchasing a 4GB stick for my PSP but wont bother if the PSP wont read it. Not sure if the PSP has a max of 2GB or something like that.

on the older firmware the limit is 4gb i think at 3.00 the limit was raised

some people are using 8gb mem card without any problems. sony has not long released a 16gb mem card. so the same question could be asked for that card.

i don't have any luck with 8gb memory stick. i don't know if te problem is my psp. games got corrupted when i use 8gb. so i just bought 2 4gb ms.
