:confused: I have original store bought discs. A message says the game will not run on windows nt? I am using windows xp pro svc pack2. Is there a way to install and run Timeline on xp?

Your in the wrong forum. Repost in General gameing etc. This is for cracks and backup related info only. You will get more results posting in the correct forum but my advice is you ought to contact tech support for the game and look on the official forums in case its a known problem.
No need to repost your question in the "General Gaming"-Forum. I will move the thread to there.
But, as Coffin says: Contact official game support!
EDIT: OK, it was already re-posted in the GG-Forum. I deleted the newer thread.
Have sent all requested information to Eidos, and asking about a method to get the game installed. As I told them, in the past I was able to force a particular game to install on a system not supported by the game's requirements. And wouldn't you know, the game ran perfectly. Go figgure!
:D Yaaay! Figured this one out by my self. Created a directory with same title as the Original CD. Dragged everything from CD to created directory. In that directory, right-clicked on Setup.exe and in properties, set it to compatibility mode for Windows 98/Windows Me.
It now installed with the Setup.exe and you don't need original disc in drive to run the game.
