First of all, I know i should have searched first, but i was wondering where to get xbconnect, and if you can still ge tthe same downloadable content (ie ninja gaiden hurricane pack)?

About downloadable content I am not able to help you, sorry.

I little sidenote about XBConnect, it works like a charm for me, never any lag or strange behaviour.
