Xbox Problems

I have a Halo Xbox that has some issues....Nothing has ever been done to it, so it is a virgin box so to speak. All of a sudden I have no video and the tray will not eject, so I decided to swap out the drives....Same problem.....Used the drive in another xbox and the drive is fine....So I determined that it is the motherboard....Any ideas??? I have 3 other dead boxes with bad dvd roms and I took out the contents of the 1.3 and inserted it into the Green Halo edition and I guess the motherboard has some different pegs underneath and it fried that board too....haha......Any help is appreciated....I would really like to fix this box as it is my favorite one...

Do you get any blinking lights or any indicators of a problem whatsoever?

What are you trying to do that all these XBOX's are braking on you? Are you trying to mod them?

No...I bought the broken ones to fix......The LED flashes Green and thats it......I did replace the motherboard and hd and it works fine, so it was one of the two......
