Shouldn't be any problems as long as none of the xbox's are version 1.6.
The 1.6 requires a different BIOS.
But all earlier versions should be no prob.

Hope that helps.

hi

all i wanna know is why you want to use a non solderchip? the matrix chip is just as good as the x2.3 if i were you get an x3 or a smartxx there better.

You can simplie put that matrix into any other xbox no hassle but im sure it only works up to version 1.3

If you currently have a matrix in your xbox, i as well think there is no reason to change. Just stick the x2.3 in your other xbox.
