What's up with Game World Direct?

I placed an order for a Matrix Infinity and a Neofix last week and the order is still in 'processing' phase. How long do they take to send an order out? I've emailed Ben the other day and haven't received a reply as of yet.

I payed using Paypal and that was all cleared. I have heard good reports about them, but has anyone had any problems?

never had 1 problem with him, 1 order did take a week to come through be patient your chip will come soon :)

Yeah I know to expect at least a week for shipping, but the thing hasn't even left yet (according to the website).

I'll email them again if I don't hear anything soon.

I've ordered numerous things, and on all occasions my chips been here in 2 days. Maybe there's a hold up with stock. Ben's a good fella, he'll sort it out... :)

Remember you have 30 days to file with paypal to get a full refund of payment. If I were you Id give them till next friday to either update the site or respond back to you via email. If you get neither then file with paypal. Paypal will send them an email and give them 10 days to reply. If there is no reply they will access all their accounts until youve been payed back in full.

No prob, its a nice safeguard. Plus if you get your item it doesnt really hurt anyone. Just cancel the investigation. Easy as that.


Only thing is, you only get to use it 2 times per year. So make them count.

Finally got a reply from Ben today, they are waiting on stock of the Neofix, and my order should be sent out within 2 days, which is ok, at least I know what's goiing on now.

The time it takes for them to respond to emails leaves alot to be desired though.
